International Advocacy Director

Location: Remote or hybrid, with international travel required
Length of contract: 12 months
Rights & Security International (RSI) is seeking an International Advocacy Director to lead our growing projects that promote human rights outside the UK, especially a project that will help civil society groups globally provide input to the United Nations on counter-terrorism and human rights issues.
The successful candidate will bring extensive cross-border human rights advocacy and coalition-building experience. Ideally, they will have prior experience promoting human rights at the UN. They should also bring a strong knowledge of international human rights law, management experience and exceptionally strong writing abilities.
**The successful candidate must have a right to work in the UK and plan to be based here.**
