Victoria is a Research Fellow at Rights and Security International. She has previously worked on issues in public international law, human rights law and international criminal law at organisations including Chatham House, the United Nations, the European Human Rights Advocacy Centre, the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia, and in private practice as a paralegal.

Victoria obtained her LLB from the University of Bristol, and her LLM from University College London. She is currently studying the LPC at BPP Law School.
