Plastic bullets used in Northern Ireland despite RSI warnings

In response to the anti-migrant violence in Belfast, the PSNI has confirmed that it has used Attenuated Energy Projectiles, a form of plastic bullet. In 2005 we warned of the human rights harms resulting from plastic bullets. See the below report for more details.
