
60 civil society organisations express concern at UKs lack of support for Universal Periodic Review recommendations

60 groups have written to the Ministry of Justice, flagging their concern about the governments lack of support for international recommendations to ensure the UK complies with its human rights obligations. The recommendations come from the Universal Periodic Review, a UN process in which the human rights situation in all countries is monitored.
